Refined Cancellation Policies
We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule. Please be aware of and adhere to the guidelines below to help ensure the most pleasant and productive experience:
Cancelation/Rescheduling: 24 hour notice is required for appointment changes. Payment is non-refundable and cannot be reallocated for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice. Otherwise payment is non-refundable and cannot be reallocated.
Late arrivals: Your appointment will begin at the scheduled time. Therefore if you are late, the clock has already begun and will not reset when you arrive. If you need to reschedule, a 24-hour notice is required. Otherwise, payment is non-refundable and cannot be reallocated if your appointment is missed.

Due to our busy coaching and consulting operations, full payment is required in advance and is non-refundable unless it falls within refund cancellation policies.
